A simple orange paper clip

This afternoon I went up our deck steps just like I had done twice already today, but this time I saw this orange paper clip that was, from my viewpoint, in the shape of a heart. I know that it wasn’t there earlier because I always look where I’m stepping. (The chickens like to sit on the steps in the sun, so I always watch out for poop.) I asked Carly if it was hers, and she said it wasn’t. So… Orange (the ribbon color for leukemia)… A paperclip in the shape of a heart… Mysteriously on the steps where I am always looking. ❤️❤️❤️

I love you too BJ…. More than anything. Thank you for that. You know I needed it.
