One of our awesome #MollysKids – the adorable Wesley Thornburg – frantically reached out wanting to know if I could post about a bone marrow drive she’s hosting this Saturday, to benefit another one of our awesome #MollysKids, BJ Correll.
They’ve become friends. They met at Levine Children’s Hospital. Wesley just finalized all details last night and is now wanting everyone to know so they can come out and sign up to “Be The Match“…
“I would love for him to find a perfect match like I had,” Wesley said. “I was lucky to find someone to save my life. I want to help BJ find someone to help save his.”

BJ is a 15-year-old sophomore at North Lincoln High School. Wesley is 18 years old and a freshman at Gaston College.
They’re both fantastic. I adore hearing they’ve become friends in the hospital hallways.
Very cool thing to do, Wesley. Hope it’s crowded on Saturday!
