Encouragement from a co-worker

The below is part of a text I received this morning from a co-worker. I am so incredibly blessed to have people like this in my life. Throughout the past 3 years, my Medic co-workers have been a great source of strength and support. I hope this encourages someone else today too…

Sometimes, even as followers of Christ, the words “keep the faith” feel empty and hollow when everything seems so dark and hopeless around you. But, it is precisely in that moment, that God shows up in a big way that leaves no room for any other explanation other than it was God who moved in the middle of the situation. Continuing to pray for healing and for the hope of a miracle that all of us are joining you in prayer for. Also praying for peace and strength for BJ, for Carly and for you. And remember, 10% of the cells that you were hoping for, when God is in it, is all BJ needs to be cured and to move on with the rest of his life. Thousands were fed and a giant was slayed and armies eliminated with next to nothing because God was right there in the midst of the situation.
