GO Heels!

Happy Saturday! We started it off with our traditional Saturday morning homemade pancake breakfast. BJ ate most of his double stack. He wasn’t feeling too great this morning and didn’t sleep very well again last night.

We headed back over at the Valvano Day Hospital for lab check after breakfast this morning. Looks like we’ll be here all day.

His hemoglobin is 8.9 and platelet count is 18, so he’ll be getting a blood and platelet transfusion.

BJ said he would MUCH rather be sitting in the rain over at Kenan Memorial Stadium watching the North Carolina Tar Heels keep their winning streak! He just about jumped off the bed with that first play, flea flicker touchdown!! Go Heels!!! You guys are making my boy very happy!
