He felt better last night after the blood transfusion and ate a good amount of dinner. He had some nausea last night and this morning. He still doesn’t sleep well, but that comes with the territory.
Valvano Day Hospital on Sunday
On November 1, 2015 by Michelle LoveAnother early morning for BJ’s clinic appointment. It seems strange to be here on a Sunday, but the Valvano Day Hospital here is open all week. He had an infusion of the chemo drug fludarabine and is getting a unit of platelets. His platelet count today is 12k.
He felt better last night after the blood transfusion and ate a good amount of dinner. He had some nausea last night and this morning. He still doesn’t sleep well, but that comes with the territory.
Today is a shorter day here and we’re happy about that, as the last 2 days were 11 hours each.
