Beautiful Carly

My beautiful 10 year old daughter, with her heart of pure gold, generous to a fault, kind to all, with a desire to “do something” to make a difference in someone’s life… When BJ was diagnosed with leukemia 3 years ago, Carly was just 7 years old. She really wanted to do something to help in a big way. There was never anything she thought she could do, but she kept looking. Two years later, my heart sister was diagnosed with breast cancer. After her surgery last year, she was given a small pillow that someone made for patients to take home. When placed under her arm, it helped relieve the pressure from her surgery site. She showed it to Carly, and Carly immediately said “I can do that!”
