Blood and Platelets again

BJ had an appointment this morning to check his blood counts. He is very weak. It is expected that he will need blood and platelets throughout the next few weeks. His platelet count was only 10,000 so he received a unit of platelets. (He just had a unit 4 days ago.) His hemoglobin was also low, so he received 2 units of blood.
